What i have learned in this project..?

In this project, I learnt a lot from this blog. First now I have learnt how to create a new blog. In addition, in my blog (http://k777k.blogspot.com) every student can find a lot of information about global warming and how it effect in the world. What’s more I improved and developed my knowledge because I read many newspaper and too many sites to find out about global warming. During this project I have learned about global warming, now am sensitive more about the causes and effects of the global warming. At the end I hope my blog look nice and take your attention.

What can we do to reduce CO2..?

The main important problems effect the atmosphere is the raising in Carbon Dioxide Two which is a global problem. So all countries should found a solution to reduce CO2 level. Thus of that, the United Arab Emirates follow some steps to participate the other countries to solve the problem. For instant, UAE encourage people to use the public transport to decline the number of cars. Next to that UAE encourage people to use the public transport to decline the number of cars UAE government prevents use the petroleum which has a Plumb ago (PB) because when it burn release a big amount of CO2. Also, it imports the cars which have a clean in the exhaust to filter the gases which are releases from it. In contrast the government compels the factories owner to use the filter for reducing the CO2 and other gases. In addition, the UAE encourage the agriculture because the plants have a positive role to reduce CO2 in the photosynthesis operation.

There is a one country from GCC that has a huge impact from the global warming which is UAE. UAE is one of the most countries that affected dramatically from the global warming because it considers as one of the fastest developed in the middle east. However, it has various of bad activities that will affect the environment. First of all, UAE is one of the top ten countries that produces the fossil fuels and it dependents mostly on the cars and buses as a main transports. This means that in the UAE, there will be a big chance in changing the climate because of using the fossil fuels which affects the weather. The second reason of the increasing the global warming in the UAE is creating new islands in the Arab Gulf because it is new things and might be helping in developing the country. On the other hand, this will probably destroy a lot of things, such as sea and sea animals. For example, this could cause the species extinction of many sea animals such as coral reef and nekton which is the fish’s food. As a result of that, it will increase the global warming in the UAE and it “has created difficult conditions for marine fauna and flora, the rising sea levels and the effects of seaward development” (Global Warming and Untreated Sewage Pose Threat to Coral Reefs). These are the reasons of the increasing the global warming in the UAE and it is obvious that the weather of the UAE is hotter than before.

Causes:-

There are various kinds of causes that lead to the global warming. The main cause of the global warming is the human activities, such as the using of automobiles, the fumes which come from factories, and the burning of fossil fuels. In different words, these automobiles, factories and fossil fuels release carbon dioxide into the earth's atmosphere. Other substance known as greenhouse gases is also one of the dangerous causes of the global warming, and it can heat the gazes, such as carbon dioxide (CO2), largely due to the combustion of oil, coal, natural gas as well as other industrial emission[1]. And these gases are released into the earth's atmosphere, which can affect the climate in a very bad way. Another cause of this serious issue is the deforestation (cutting down trees), and these trees soak up carbon dioxide, one of the greenhouse gases, from the air[2]. Overall, global warming is one of the dangerous environmental issues, and there are some causes of it.

Effects:-

The impact of global warming is realy harms the humans. In other words, there are some effects and consequences of this serious issue. Firstly, the rising of sea levels, and the global warming will not just make sea levels rise, it will also affect sea life becuase even the small increases in the temperature can kill corals. Another impact of global warming is that some diseases are likely to be spread more easily. Mosquitoes are a major carrier of tropical diseases. Accordingly, Malaria outbreaks are usually confined to where the minimum winter temperature reaches to no lower than 16 degrees Celsius[3]. One more effect of the global warming is that some areas may become too dry for farming. Consequently, the chance of agriculture will be very small; as well, it will reduce the agricultural yeilds. Another dangerous impact is the duration, and intensity of other extreme weather events, such as floods, droughts, heat waves, and tornadoes. To sum up, there are alot of negative impacts of the high increase of tempreture and the global warming that harm the harm the world.

:: Global Warming ::

Global Warming

In my opinion, the earth is destroyed by human being. They don’t know how big damage they do in the earth and how the earth is suffering because of them. For example, the UAE is creating new island in the Arab Gulf. They are destroying a lot of things such as sea and sea animals.

For example which is using fossil fuels a lot everywhere? They are polluting everything in the earth land, sea even air. As the result of using that, there are a lot of problems which are global warming, acid rain and Ozone depletion.

The global warming means the weather of the earth is going to be hotter than before. As a result of that, the ice-cope will melt and the animals which live there are going to die. Overall, the human must save the earth before it’s become completely destroy.

:: Personal Informtion ::

My name is Khalid Khamis. I was born in Dubai, UAE in 28-01-1987. We lived in Jumaira for 6 years. Then, we moved to our house in Ajman, and we stayed there for almost 9 years. Furtheremore, now I live in AlSamha, in Abu Dhabi and I am enjoying my time in AD.

I grew up in Dubai, and I enjoyed my childhood in Jumaira near the beach with other young people. I had finished my high school in June 2004. I had very nice time with my school friends. In September 2004, I came to the HCT to start complete my studying, and now I am in semester 4; as well, i hope to finish my studying and get an excellent mark.

In my free time, I enjoy doing my hobbies, such as playing chess, football, swimming and bowling. In addition I play for Ajman chess club, and so many times for UAE federation. I played the world champion ship in Spain in Valencia. Also, I played in Arab champion in Jordan. Additionally, I took the Second place three times in age under 16, 18, and 20.

In this following blogs, I am going to talk about globle warming for my project this semester. I hope you all enjoy this experince with me.
